It’s crazy when I’m fucking viiiiibing and all of a sudden I start landing new clients and making money out of nowhere.

Wait.

Scratch that.

It’s not crazy.

OF FUCKING COURSE abundance floods in when my vibration is exploding out my heart.

I’ve been in Denver for two weeks. I came here because I miss my best friends and community.

It’s been so expansive.

To be with my people that I can connect, go deep, and laugh with.

That’s all I came for.

AND THEN….

A long time client who is currently in the Growth community and lives just outside Denver inquired about a 1:1 VIP day to help her launch her new 8-week program in June.

$1,000 later and I’m spending my Tuesday at her place creating a whole launch plan and none of it felt like work.

AND THEN…

Another member of Growth who is a top Denver realtor DM’d me Tuesday night and said he was hosting a content training for his team… which he’s never done before… and he had no idea I was in town.

I was like, “dude you know I’m here in Denver. Can I come?”

He said, “Holy hell you're here, of course!”

I only had 15 minutes with his team and was having soooo much fun sharing how I would approach content if I was a realtor.

Content is a slightly different game when the work you do is hyper local (a Colorado realtor can’t sell you a home if you live in Florida, so you want to attract Coloradans).

Essentially I encouraged them to go even harder into being fully yourself and leaning into your passions.

Think about it… What are the chances of someone stumbling on a home tour video of a house that’s exactly in their budget, in the perfect neighborhood at the exact time they are trying to buy a home?

I asked them to raise their hand if anyone has ever watched one of their home tour videos and DM’d them to buy that house.

Zero hands went up.

Exactly.

Now imagine if you just became coolest fucking person in Denver?

I talked about how I’d share my snowboarding, trail running, tennis playing, spirituality and cookie eating.

One idea was, “I’m a 35-year-old realtor in Denver and I’ve been snowboarding since i was 10, but in the last decade I haven’t gotten any better. Come to Copper mountain and watch me try to land my first 360!”

I talked about how I’d make a video finding the best cookies in Denver. Then every house tour video would start with me pulling cookies out of the oven. And you better believe every open house, I’d have the best spread of cookies available.

Pair all of this with your real estate content and guess what…

I become the cool snowboard-cookie dude in Denver AND everyone knows I sell homes. So when you ready to buy a home… maybe two years from now… I am your top choice.

Might I remind you the best part of this strategy…

You do all this for YOU!

If I haven’t improved my snowboarding in a decade and it’s become a bit boring, then I’d challenge myself to become a better snowboarder.

That shit is FUN!

My life is fun!!!!

Just so happens living my best life is the best content, so long as your intentional about your strategy.


Okay okay… I couldn’t help share these ideas. It’s just so fun for me.

Not gonna apologize for having so much fun.

Then I pitch the real estate team an exclusive 8-week program specifically for realtors.

As of now, 6 of them have signed up out of 40.

It’s good for my soul.

Even in the midst of a challenging break up, I’m overflowing with joy and love.

I do the things that are best for me and look at the abundance that flows in.

I’m not even really talking about the money.

The money is a byproduct of the joy and love.

And isn't that the point?
